Northwest placed poison bait traps in yard without notification. These traps contained the very worst rodenticide poisons that kill wildlife, our pets and do significant harm to the environment. When asked, northwest told us these bait traps were safe. Not true at all. Only use companies that will provide safe pest management without using harmful chemicals.

I’m having a mouse problem. Here is what they will NOT do: 1 clean up feces or urine 2. Patch any holes bigger than a quarter 3. Not check your foundation for entry holes and patch them with steel wire and foam 4. Check behind your stove where they usually nest 5. Check thoroughly for droppings in closets etc. 6. The DO 1. Place bait traps- will check back in 2 weeks 2. Only open to 5P on weekdays- you will have to use your Saturday time to use them DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Never answers emails. Send a different one each month for several months with no responses. They leave traps with unfilled out labels no date of insulation ect... Did not see them put any pesticide or traps for cockroaches, just some squeeze paste them called bait. Spaces like in between cabinets doors above counter tops were food preparation is done. Pest situation has not improved. When they came they rushed themselves, like they did not want to be in building in first place. Like they low balled themselves on a bid to do my building and they were really feeling regret. Given the lack of communication and the vib more likely never see them again. Wish things went better and or they were responsive, tentative, informative to improve quality and understanding of service.

Please be ware they would take your money never show up for the appointment. I canceled their service, and don’t yet about the refund.

John was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, explained what he found and how he would take care of it in detail, was prompt and kind, could not have been any nicer. Price was very reasonable! He is an asset to the company and would not hesitate to recommend the company or use them again! Squirrels chewed a hole in my roof and it was a very human solution for an annoying problem.

NW Pest was recommended by my HOA. I was told they charged $65 per unit. After spraying, the technician also said the price was $65, which I paid. A week later I got a call from Andrew at their office telling me that there was a price increase and the price should have been $125....and he wants to collect the difference. Nearly 100% price increase. Do not use this company.

More than once, technicians never showed up, and this is after receiving numerous confirmation calls from the company. I also had a negative experience with a manager who did not wish to hear my concern regarding “no show” of techs. She was very rude. The technicians are good, if they do arrive.

NW Pest Control has been great to work with!! Their techs are always kind, prompt & professional. They are thoughtful in their approach & great about giving options when available for safe pest removal & it puts us at ease knowing they always follow the best industry practices. We just had John come out to preform safe bat removal & he went above & beyond to ensure he had done the best job possible! He answered lots of questions with kindness & respect & he genuinely cares for these creatures & making sure he did a great job for us & them! I highly recommend them!
